Health Coaching: What To Expect

Typically, I have clients complete a health history form that provides us with your unique health and wellness background. The more honest you are, the better we can create a plan to meet your goals and objectives.

When you work with me we will:

  • set and accomplish goals in a way that is empowering and exciting
  • work to achieve and maintain your ideal weight
  • understand and reduce your cravings
  • increase your energy levels
  • feel great in your body
  • learn about new foods and how you can easily incorporate them

Depending on the client we will either meet virtually through weekly emails or by phone for 3-6 months. There will be follow up emails throughout the month. Meal plans can be suggested and created based on your unique health goals and history.
